Mount Baker Residence

Found in disrepair, this 1926 Colonial has undergone a massive restoration and is now enjoying it’s time as the home of a young and active family. As part of its renovation, we reconfigured space across all three floors: On the main floor, a former breakfast room was parceled into a back hall, main floor powder bath and pantry, while the kitchen’s footprint was expanded to introduce a more modern layout with views and egress to the backyard. Upstairs, we preserved three of the four bedrooms and created an ensuite primary bath. On the basement level, the previously unfinished space now holds an additional family room, mudroom, guest suite with bath, laundry and home gym. As part of it’s restoration, our office sourced and specified custom windows and doors and provided landscaping design for the property.
