Kicked off shortly before the spring of 2020, this new construction Dutch Colonial was built almost entirely within the height of the pandemic. Construction and design implementation saw us utilizing all resources available to maintain timelines and source dwindling materials. Our clients were incredibly trusting of our vision to create rooms that felt like the beloved home they were leaving, but fit for a larger scale with a new story to tell. Our team consulted on everything from pre-construction planning to providing all interior elevations and specifications. As one of the many benefits available in custom construction, we retrofitted our client’s heirloom dry sink to become a working wet bar with a soapstone lined sink and counter – becoming one of the highlights of an already wonderful kitchen.
