Our third store (of five total) and each with their own format, Kitchen & Market at the Green Store in Bellevue’s small enclave of Medina had big shoes to fill. A beloved neighborhood spot since 1908, the residents of Medina have had a corner bodega-style store for over a century and it’s served the community for all things: morning coffee, missing ingredients and after-school treats, not to mention lunch for the many people who pass through. Our client used this store as the prototype location in her pitch deck when she began planning her European-style grocery stores and in fortuitous timing, the location became available. With that layered past, our design is a facelift of the old space and features an increase in wine display shelving and custom-designed refrigeration units specific to this store. Our back counter design also supports a soft-serve program that keeps all of Medina’s kids (and adults) well supplied.

From Our Clients
We are committed to providing a bespoke experience to each client. Our process is tailored to the specific needs of a project and timeline, but every successful home begins with Trove Interiors guiding clients through the process, from the initial stages of design conception to the final stages of installation. Every project begins with getting to know our clients and translating that information into a design plan that captures our shared vision.
