Clyde Hill Residence
When our clients’ home changed hands from one generation to another, it was time to plan and execute a major addition and renovation to the property. Sitting atop Clyde Hill, this property has unobstructed western views that are completely unique to this area of Bellevue and were meant to be a highlight of the renovation. It’s large lot also accommodated a sprawling floorplan that allowed us to re-purpose original parts of the home while adding new square footage and preserving the existing backyard pool. Hired prior to breaking ground, we held the responsibility of managing and selecting the interior details and finishes for this hybrid of new construction and renovation. We also furnished principal areas of the home upon completion.
